Race Waiver

I understand that participation in radio-controlled (RC) vehicle racing and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions with vehicles or objects, flying debris, equipment malfunction, personal injury from moving vehicles, slips, trips, and falls, and weather-related hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at Red River Racing Club. In consideration for being allowed to participate in racing and related activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Red River Racing Club, its owners, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or related to injury, disability, death, or property damage sustained while participating in activities at the track, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red River Racing Club and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation. I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage I cause to track property, timing equipment, structures, or other participants’ vehicles or property. I agree to follow all posted rules and safety instructions, operate vehicles only in designated areas, use approved batteries and equipment, and conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner, acknowledging that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund. I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any related medical costs.
